and indoor dining was also banned there. Virtually no places were equipped to do outside seating/dining at all (no heaters was shocking, and it was cold as hell). I have to imagine those ski towns are getting demolished right now with these restrictions. Once the cold sets in NYC, permanent closures are inevitable.
