software platform are in a nightmare situation now if they did not have strong security controls regarding change management, logging and auditing of configuration changes on all systems and have control of files leaving their network.

In otherwords, some are screwed.

Some will not be able to trust the state of their network going back to the day the software was installed.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
