What I would suggest to you specifically is:

1. Track all voter registration via Dominion systems (your favorite).

2. Link all votes to digital tattoos administered after Covid19 vaccine.

if ONLY Americans who check out via these two measures are allowed to vote then I'm sure you'd suddenly get excited about voter registration.

Further, to assist you in your evil plans, make sure that neither system requires proof of citizenship - that way the only people in the system will be liberals!
