to delegitimize and steal an American presidential election. It is ironic that after months of accusing the other side of trying to steal an election, Trump turns out to be the one who actually tried to do so.
Thank goodness for honest Republican officials in places like Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Wisconsin, who honored their duty to their country and their oath of office.
The Biden Presidency will likely be an awful thing for America, but it will be less awful than a second term of President Trump.
I hope that the damage Trump has done to our system will not be long-lived, though I fear it will live as long as he does. I am loath to wish for the death of any man, but if I ever would, it would be his. He is going to continue to try to rip apart the fabric that binds this country together, and his acolytes, being mostly fools, will never see through him.
