My role was to bring in good jobs. Those were not good jobs. And I did not prevent this group from opening a business. If they were interested in knowing what city in the state had the highest rates of unemployment, that information was publicly and readily available. Had they chosen to apply for state-funded assistance we would have judged such an application. They did not choose to do so as far as I know. We were kinda busy at that time working on landing Harley Davidson.
