The lead investigator with the police department obtained evidence from cell phone video of the people who broke into the neighborhood which included those people making real and specific threats to the McCloskeys BEFORE they went inside and obtained firearms in order to defend themselves.
His recommendation was that they not be charged.
This was a witch hunt for the worthless bìtch of a DA.
