High crime?? Who said that? Rude, thoughtless, uncaring, utterly un-Christian?? Absolutely.
A crime of some sort where mandated by law? Yes, subject to judicial review.
But a high crime?? That's silly. No one thinks that, certainly not me.
And these are all facts, at least in a world where any moral certainty exists.
