He knew he was going to lose. That’s why the chirping and crying started on election night. Democrats knew they were in a very good position too. Carvell said on the Wednesday after Election Day they were expecting to win Pennsylvania by more than 100,000 votes (though they trailed by close to 350,000 votes at the time). Mail in ballots were coming in 70-30 for Biden in republican areas. The margin was like 85-15 in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. I believe there was close to 2 million votes left to be counted, but not sure if that number is correct.
Trump knew he had to suppress the inner city voters, and why we got a poor postal system delivery. They knew if turnout was big it spelled defeat.
Republicans are going to be in the process of suppressing black voters in the next 4 years where they can.
