Here I was going to tell you that when you run 4 miles, you're basically warmed up and stepping up to adding a few more miles will be easy and allow you to get the best physiological benefits and calorie buring. That happens minutes 45-60. But...I don't know why I bother.
So you suggest I should respond by kidding you about your triggers...nah
