liberals and tigerboard attorneys don't know the law.

SCOTUS denied injunctive relief. SCOTUS has NOT denied certiorari. In fact, the plaintiffs have not even petitioned SCOTUS for a writ of certiorari.

I think it's pretty safe to assume that is the plaintiff's next move. None of us have any idea if SCOTUS will grant it at that time or if they grant it how they will rule.

My personal opinion is that they will grant it and then ultimately say yes PA violated their own constitution (a separate issue of whether there was vote manipulation) but there's nothing we can do about it now. the horse is out of the barn.

the liberal celebration is, thus far, premature.
