So, I can no longer gather socially at all, even just sitting outside with the neighbor, wearing masks, appropriately spaced apart? But, "While social gatherings aren't permitted, religious worship, protests and demonstrations are allowed but only outdoors with health protocols in place."

So, a social gathering with potentially tons of people, which will undoubtedly be hundreds of times worse than having a beer with the neighbor is a-ok??? I do not get it.
