Engineers after graduation work under a licensed professional engineer for four years. There are a couple exams they have to pass and then get approval from a state board.
But back to your article... Wells Fargo is a joke. CEO Scharf requires every job position of $100K+ in salary have mandatory minimum numbers of minorities interviewed.
So imagine being in some small town managing a brokerage office. You need to hire a series 7/63 licensed broker. There are no minorities in your town that hold those licenses... what do you do?
