After a 4-2 record ATS I am back to where someone making all of my bets is almost a break even gambler! 25-23 on the year ATS. We have some really exciting games to discuss so we may as well get to them!

Arkansas (+2.5) at MIZZOU - For those who don't know, I worked at the U of A for four years. I loved my time in Fayetteville and almost all of the people there but they are probably the most delusional fan base in the United States. That's not all together a bad thing but from those of us who aren't drinking the Kool-Aid it can be a source of entertainment.

So I am sure that the Hog fans out there are all convinced they will win big tomorrow. But don't worry, if Mizzou wins, there will be plenty of side stories about how this game didn't really matter or it was a fluke or something. Anyway, how effective can Barry Odom's defense be against his former players? Given the fact that the Hogs are an opportunistic defense and Coach Drink does a great job of managing the game, I would suspect MU limits the turnovers and grinds out a win.

I like the under in this game but I'll give the points and take MIZZOU (-2.5) I haven't even mentioned how great the Tigers looked last week or the fact that Vanderbilt had a female kicker. (Good for her, but trying to watch the game and hear MU's performance almost being completely ignored was something I don't want to live through again anytime soon).

Just for fun I am going to pick a game with two of the worst teams in football AKRON (-2.5) seems to have a bit more motivation than Bowling Green so I will pick against the horrible BG defense!

I've watched a lot of Kansas State (+7) football this year and the team just isn't that good with the backup QB. I KNOW Texas is a mess, I KNOW they have had optouts and if it was 10 degrees tomorrow in MHK I'd take the Cats but it's going to be in the high 40's. Give me TEXAS big. The way that game was managed (and officiated to be honest) against Baylor was very frustrating.

I know INDIANA (+14) has lost their QB but the backup is supposed to be pretty good and Wisconsin isn't built to blow folks out. I like the way this Indiana team competes so I'll take the points.

Likewise WEST VIRGINIA (+7) likes to grind out games as does Iowa State. I see a low scoring close game here so I will take the points.

It might be a square play but CLEMSON (-22) was just given an extra week off. That's bad news for Va. Tech, I see a statement here.

I should take Alabama for the same reason. The LSU team that MU beat was much better than the group that is taking the field now. Marshall who just opted out is a big time future pro. But I am going to sit that one out.

I will take SOUTH CAROLINA (+12) as Kentucky is very limited on offense and while they haven't been wining, the Gamecocks have really competed since Muschamp was fired.

That's all for this week! Good luck to your (non Razorback) team!
