If he has a fundamental disagreement with his VP, he will "develop some disease and say I have to resign" resign.
The PRESIDENT says he would FAKE AN ILLNESS and resign over a fundamental disagreement with the VICE PRESIDENT (emphasis added since you seem a tad slow today)
