SEC WBB yesterday...

Mizzou, Vandy and Florida all had games cancelled due to COVID. But 6 other teams were in action, and went 5-1, giving the conference a start of 20-3 overall.
#14 Arkansas, after struggling in their first two games, got absolutely trashed by #12 Maryland, 115-96, and the game wasn’t even that close. After 3 quarters Maryland had scored 98 points and led 98-70, and then Arky got it down to a 19 point loss during garbage time. They don’t look at all like a top 15 team after three games. Maybe top 25, barely.
#1 SC won a tough one against #21 Gonzaga, 79-72. Ranked Miss St and Kentucky had no trouble with Jackson St and Belmont, and Georgia took down Georgia Tech in OT. Also Alabama moves to 2-0 on the season by beating Houston 88-66.
And in Mizzou related news, Missouri St (our toughest non con game this year), took a stunning loss yesterday to Wake Forest 68-59. Hard to explain that one, as Wake was picked to finish 12th in the ACC this year, and MO St had just come off an impressive with over #12 Maryland.
