Per PFF, Drew Lock leads the league in uncatchable passing attempts (minimum of 100 attempts) with 26.3%. More than a quarter of his passes had no shot of being caught. To put that in perspective, Drew Brees (this season) has a completion percentage that’s actually higher than the percentage of relatively catchable balls that Lock has thrown.
