help the nightlife, hotels, shopping, and tax revenue for downtown

+ additional major events like All-Star games and smaller events like banquets, clinics, concerts, weddings, etc... in addition to employment offices of Royals staff, and all the construction dollars leading up to it.

It would be huge for downtown KC
