Nothing to do with Gregg other than some cheap shots towards the end of our game with them but he was trying to win.
His wife was ejected, escorted out of her seats during the game. Yelling and screaming is one thing. She was yelling vile curse words at the top of her lungs directed at our players and staff. They gave her a couple of chances and then removed her. Dropping F bombs and personally attacking players and staff is another. She had gotten the attention of a couple of players at least. It was the UK fans and I’m sure some WSU fans I’d hope who wanted her gone. Disrupting, out of her seat in the way and the language. Several very young kids around that she disrespected.

Several have pointed out that they had always wondered why Gregg was stuck at WSU and none of the big time programs had never tried hard to get him. Alabama probably dodged a bullit.
Kentucky went through that nightmare with Billy Clyde Gillispie. Had he not been fired the whole team was walking. Patrick Patterson’s mother was leading the charge and I can tell you she’s a fine a lady as you’d ever meet.
