The post below on a recent attempt to quantitatively rank all time programs reminded me of a similar exercise conducted in 2009.

Granted the metrics and weighting are not that same and that allows for some variability, but comparing the two does create a rather interesting analysis about what kind of a difference a decade can make on something like an 'all time' ranking.
There are 11 programs that slid at least 19 spots from their 2009 ranking, and unfortunately MU is among them (falling from #29 all time in 2009 to #48 in 2020).
