like a vaccine will return us to "normal"...

Two things

A lot of debt has been accumulated everywhere that has to be paid back sometime

~20% of the people out there have been severely impacted on their personal finances....they will take a while to get back to spending like they were in 2019.

We still have a LONG ways to go even if the perfect vaccine were made...there are billions of people in this world
