less skill in the program that at any point since the 1960's. If the objective is simply to accumulate skilled players, we are not accomplishing that.

Our roster absolutely needs well defined roles and positions to even have a chance at meeting their potential and being successful. Even if positionless did have meaning, what we have accumulated is the exact opposite of that.
