Guiliani wasn't always crazy

As a prosecutor, he had a huge hand in bringing down the New York mob back in the 80's and he put several mob bosses in jail for life. So much to the point that a couple of mob families considered assassinating him at the time.

I actually once kind of admired the guy but lately he's become not much more than a comical and kind of pathetic character.
