I make the following assumptions.
88% of polled blacks voted for Biden , though I have seen that 89% did. So I assume it was somewhere in between and gave the benefit to you.
I linked you the article that up to 35% of black voters intended to vote for Biden via mail. I lowered that
to 30%.
I have further assumed that NONE of the 24.6% of non democrats and nonrepublicans who voted via mail were
black. Cause there is no way to determine that. Though it would have been in the 10% range we can agree.
(meaning closer to the 35% as surveyed by blacks)
So as you can see I have given you every benefit every which way.
Based on those assumptions and this gets to be razor thin. 9.9904853% of blacks voted for Trump.
10 was the cutoff.
I will call it a draw if you want. Given the amount of unknowns
