The news reader was careful to say the claims are baseless.

This was a news reporter, not an opinion guy.

He didn't say that "other dispute there was any impact on the election outcome."

He didn't say that, "The president's allegation are as yet unproven.

He used the word BASELESS. No base. No basis. No evidence.
