Biden underperformed Hillary in Philly

though I guess a few votes came in and Biden got
3000 more votes in 2020 than 2016 than I last looked

I did make a mistake. I did mix the LA county percentages up cause I mainly was looking at the 500,000 increase in votes he got. The bottom line is you were wrong, as I clearly stated.
