Either they filed without vetting the supposed evidence or knowingly filed without evidence. Either way it appears they new it was a farce from the beginning and deserve whatever criticism that comes their way. That said, the 3 firms are tops in election law so they recognize a loosing case when they see it. Trump’s happy though, having top firms generated large donations that he is now free to spend on whatever he wants
