because they are renting your arena for a year? You probably would. I mean - great...I guess.

Then again you are dumb AF so it kinds of makes sense for you.

I guess if the goal is to try to show what a great sports town it is to attract a NBA team that's fine, but I think we have all seen how well STL supports anything other than Baseball and Hockey and I assume soccer. No other sports would survive there long term with normal capacity.
