That's the first three - for #4 and 5 I'd say he also has a good reputation in places he needs to recruit, and he is able to get his players to play with great effort.
Obviously his ability to coach an effective offense is more of a question mark. His recruiting pales compared to some of our rivals but I think a big part of that is the fact he is not paying recruits and many others are, or at least slipping dollars to people influencing recruits.
