He has to come up with some kind of software error that miscounted votes on a widespread basis.
Otherwise, he has to challenge ballots in 4-5 different states and change the result in 3-4 of them. The likelihood of that happening is trivial. The only way he turns enough votes to change the outcome is if the machines are counting them wrong.
That is where their efforts should be focused.
