I won't comment about the Russia investigation. That was always going to be difficult to prove.
The Ukraine deal was a pretty egregious ethical breach. Had I done anything similar on my job; e.g., use company funds as a bargaining chip to gain an advantage over my competitor at work (essentially what Trump did), I would have been fired from my company regardless of how effective I was at my job.
