It's occurred to me that these state-level lawsuits are probably going nowhere and that his legal team knew that from the start. Are they a diversionary tactic? It's like Tsun Tzu's take on irritating opponents of a choleric temper.
If the consequence of a presidential election can only be determined when the EC certifications roll in, would it make sense then that they (Trump's legal team) are waiting for a federal lawsuit based on evidence of a criminal conspiracy?
Clearly I'm not an attorney but I haven't seen this specific item discussed as a tactic.
