The real problem, is unlike the mob, which generally left families out, inner city fools like drive bys, and can't hit their target.
No class, professional pride.
Let's change that, by training this young men to be accurate, instead of them killing innocent bystanders.
Heck, we could even find a few potential marines from it.
If they intend to keep killing each other, they should at least quit killing children, bystanders.
