The study found eight states showing state-wide registration rates exceeding 100%: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
What do these states have to do with this election? Only Michigan is one of the swing states in question? Not to mention this is only about cleaning up voter rolls.
