is not law. whether that "mandate" comes from a mayor, governor, president, or any other elected official. there is literally nothing to follow other than a common courtesy or virtue signal to your fellow citizens.
yet a few on this board act as if everyone should fall in line. wearing a mask is optional. no matter how much you believe in it. doesn't mean others have to as well.
