The ballot has been separated from the signature on the envelope and the vote counted (in almost all cases)
There is no way to magically re-link any signature that doesn't match after the fact.
If it is determined that a significant number of ballots had mismatched signatures after that ballot was counted, there is no remedy short of redoing the election in the jurisdictions where that type of fraud took place. I don't think a Secretary of State or SCOTUS would order a re-vote (as actually DID happen in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District 2018 election......)
