not in spending

we had military operations in dozens of countries
we had full scale proxy war in Yemen

it is good we didn't start any real war, but not much change

bad things
-corruption
-pollution
-government not subject to its own laws
-government seizing private land for its own purposes
-corona virus incompetence which led to
-economic incompetence
-increased racial tension stoked by Trump
-etc etc
