a more highly respected position (post 9/11) to a more beclowned state than Rudy Giuliani. This is the guy who put the NYC mafia into federal prison, then was America's mayor who led the revival of our greatest city after 9/11.

And now he's plugging conspiracy theories from a strip mall parking lot in north Philly next door to a porn shop.

It's just bizarre.
