Especially if some were rushing shots in various ways. Coaching can help that. And some practice. I see other things that will help the team more, such as taking an open mid-range - instead of passing outside or driving inside against two defenders. Though I am still a fan of the 3 and like aggression to the basket.

If we could only hit a layup now..........
