looked into. But, the question isn't why aren't they looking at fraud in those races, it's if they were going to cheat, why didn't they go for control of the Senate and try to at least not lose as many house seats. Besides that question, it would seem that ballots with only a Presidential candidate would be a lot easier to target as fraud than a ballot completely filled out.
