I would say pickett was easily the 2nd most consistent player on the roster behind Dru. You knew what you were going to get from him. He plays D plays hard, rebounds, cuts to the basket and has the ability to score in certain match ups. He is a fine role player just like mitch, just don't expect them to be stars
