I doubt if the Biden administration would pursue charges.
There are a lot of things that Trump has done as a private individual that could, however, resurface. Potential tax evasion being one.

If Biden were to pass away soon after taking office, I could see Harris working with the DOJ to go after Trump on an obstruction charge. I doubt if she would be as conciliatory as Biden.

Frankly, I'd rather see the Biden administration take the high road. The Lock Her Up chants from Trump and the Maga crowd was a national embarrassment.
