In the history of the country. USFL... Trump Casinos... Trump University...

He is a highly leveraged real estate developer who inherited great wealth and blew it all. He earned $500 million as a game show host (i hear he was good at this job) but he used the money to enter into more highly leverage real estate transactions.

His "brand" is in the toilet and the notes are coming due. He very well may need to file personal bankruptcy this time. His only hope is another TV presenter gig.
