to disclose it immediately and get it in the public eye. He also needs to bring it to the attention of a court right away.
In the meantime, all legally cast ballots should continue to be counted.
Voting fraud is a terrible thing, and if it happened it should be severely punished. But false, ungrounded accusations of voter fraud are a pretty bad thing too, as they undermine the public's confidence in our elections.
