In order for those relationships to heal, both parties need to be more understanding. Just like the 2 parties in the election. The only way to move forward together is to have both sides come to the table. Something we have missed since around 2006 or so.

There's generally a lack of respect from both sides right now. If that doesn't change, the country will continue its downward spiral.
