I would add that if you are knowingly sick, you should also take appropriate action...other than that generally agree. The lone exception might be some more isolated areas where medical resources may be more limited. I was just in Aruba, and they had a test negative policy to enter. I don’t necessarily have a problem with that either.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
