Trumps 96%+ favorability in the party has a base there for the taking. He has taken the issue on immigration, trade, while expanding the party to minorities.
Who takes control of this? Maybe Pence, Nikki Haley, Kristi Noem. I can see Trump flying in for guest speeches.
