There will be a large influx of dem vs repub votes in
republican counties that will come in AFTER nov 3, because they are not going to start being counted till Nov 4.

Trump will use this to claim victory on Nov 3 (if he shows a lead or if its close) then use these late votes
(in repub counties mind you) to claim it was all rigged against him
