"follow the leader" mentality? Doesn't YOUR place of business doesn't have a "follow the leader" mentality?

And no..in the US military the unit level commander has a great deal of autonomy and everyone (down to the lowest enlisted level) is trained and drilled on what to do in the absence of leadership...(because leaders get killed or wounded in combat and the unit still needs to execute its mission... because communication gets cut off in combat the unit still needs to execute its mission... because the situation on the ground changes rapidly in combat and the unit still needs to execute its mission )
