The crash now is counted as an alcohol related crash, even though alcohol had nothing to so with it.

Grandma has stage 4 cancer. Grandma develops a little cough, gets tested and it is a positive for COVID-19. Grandma dies. This is a COVID-19 death. The hospital reports it as such and is financially compensated for it.

We've already seen a motorcycle accident death get flagged as COVID-19. It pays for hospitals to report them as such.
