Trump is President, effectively CEO of the Executive Branch of the FEDERAL government.

Do you believe it's appropriate for the Federal government to overrule state and local guidance in this case?

If so, have you claimed at any point in Trump's presidency that he is a tyrant? Fascist? Anything similar?

If so, this is called hypocrisy, and Trump haters are VERY good at it.
